Refund Policy

At TrustGQ, we strive to provide high-quality Google Reputation Management services and ensure transparency in all our processes. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order. 

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may request a full refund within 48 hours of the order date, provided that service delivery has not yet started. 
  • Cancellation requests made after 48 hours from the order date are not eligible for a full refund. 

2. Partial Refund Policy

  • If the service delivery has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued. 
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the service completed at the time of the cancellation request. 
  • Any work already delivered, in progress, or resources allocated will be deducted from the refundable amount. 

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: 

    • If the service has been fully delivered. 

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official support channel. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. 
  • Transaction or processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.
