These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Reputation Management Services (“Services”) provided by TrustGQ (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “client”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide Google Business Profile (Google Maps) reputation management and optimization services, which may include:
• Google Business Profile setup or optimization
• Profile information correction (name, category, description, images, attributes)
• Review monitoring and response guidance
• Review request strategy recommendations
• Reputation insights and performance reporting
• General best-practice optimization for visibility and trust
We do not guarantee rankings, review removal, or business outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate business information and required access
• Ensure you have ownership or authorization for the Google Business Profile
• Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner
• Follow lawful and ethical practices when requesting customer reviews
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
2. No Affiliation with Google
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google in any capacity.
• “Google”, “Google Maps”, and “Google Business Profile” are trademarks of Google LLC.
• Our services follow publicly available best practices and guidelines.
3. Review Policy & Ethical Standards
• We do not:
• Post fake reviews
• Buy or sell reviews
• Remove genuine reviews directly from Google
• Manipulate ratings using prohibited methods
• All optimization is done in compliance with Google Business Profile policies.
• Any action taken against your profile by Google (suspension, review removal,
ranking changes) is outside our control.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
• All fees are payable in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Fees are non-refundable once service work has commenced.
• No refunds will be provided for:
• Algorithm changes
• Google penalties or suspensions
• Dissatisfaction based on expectations not explicitly promised
6. Term & Termination
• Services may be monthly, quarterly, or project-based as agreed.
• Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice.
• Upon termination:
• Access rights will be revoked
• Any pending fees remain payable
• No partial refunds will be issued
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for:
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Google account suspensions or restrictions
• Third-party actions or platform changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service period
8. Confidentiality
• All business information shared with us is treated as confidential.
• We will not disclose sensitive data except where legally required or with your
consent.
9. Intellectual Property
• Any reports, strategies, or materials created by us remain our intellectual property
unless stated otherwise.
• You may use them only for your internal business purposes.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
